Getting your vaccine history
Did you know, you can download a report yourself of all the data MASTA holds for you, including your vaccination history?
To do this, simply login to your account , then click the "Download your data" button on your dashboard. If you can't remember your username or password, you can get help by clicking on either the "Forgotten username" or "Forgotten password" button on the login screen.
