Are you travelling to Brazil for the World Cup? MASTA has been operating for close to 30 years and we now run the largest network of private travel clinics in the UK.
Your first step towards ensuring you are protected is our easy to use vaccination finder which determines what vaccines you may need, and you can search for nearby clinics to schedule appointments.
NaTHNaC and Public Health England (PHE) have published a fact sheet with health advice for fans to help you prepare to stay healthy and safe during your trip.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup is being hosted by Brazil from 12 June to 13 July 2014. Brazil is a large country with a variable climate and the health risks vary depending on the destination within the country and the travel plans. Teams will be based in different parts of Brazil- there are 12 stadiums up to 2,000 miles apart. England’s first match, against Italy, is on 14 June 2014 in the Amazon city of Manaus. Malaria tablets, yellow fever and other vaccines are recommended for visitors to this area.

Beaconsfield Travel Clinic
Beaconsfield Travel Clinic
MASTA's Beaconsfield Travel Clinic is based in DOCTORnow, an established Private GP Practice based in Old Beaconsfield, South Bucks.
It serves the areas of Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Great Missenden, Marlow, Bourne End, Uxbridge, Denham and Henley-on-Thames.
The clinic is run by 3 travel health nurses – Liz D’Arcy-Evans, Lorna Evans and Carol Cole, and is open from Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and on Saturday 9am – 1pm, giving you great flexibility for convenient appointment times.
Initial appointments are for 30 minutes, allowing plenty of time to create a comprehensive health brief specifically tailored to your trip, for subsequent discussion about recommended and suggested vaccinations and anti-malarials, and for administering the vaccinations themselves.
The clinic has its own parking and has a professional yet welcoming environment.
The Beaconsfield travel clinic is a registered yellow fever centre so you can get every travel health vaccination and anti malarials you require. They also stock a wide range of travel health related products.
The MASTA travel clinic in Beaconsfield works very closely with local NHS GPs, who are a major referrer of travellers to the clinic. This works particularly well for travellers who have left it a little too late to see their GP for their travel health requirements or cannot arrange convenient appointment times.
