If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to MASTA in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order quoting your e-mail address and MASTA Transaction code and we will issue a refund for the full price you paid for the item.
Any Health Brief ordered from the public website is provided immediately by way of distance communication and is therefore exempted from the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2002. MASTA will not issue a refund for Health Briefs or items opened or not in their original condition unless they are faulty.
If you are returning an item within the 14 day period for any reason we will be happy to refund our standard postage and packing charges for sending and returning the item/s. However, any additional charges for express/courier deliveries will only be refunded against faulty and defective items.
